• All dogs must be at least six months of age or older.

• At this time, we are only accepting dogs 50lbs or less.

• All dogs must be cat- and dog-friendly.

• All dogs must be microchipped. Proof of documentation is required.

• All dogs must be spayed / neutered.

• Proof of vaccination is required to enroll (rabies, distemper, parvovirus, bordetella, and canine influenza H3N2/H3N8).

• Documentation of a negative fecal exam result within the last six months is required. We will require a new fecal exam result every six months once your pup is enrolled.

• We highly recommend booking your pet’s reservation at least 72 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your booking request. The earlier, the better!

• All reservations must be booked with at least 24-hour notice. We cannot guarantee availability when booking within less than 24 hours.

• Any bookings made within less than 24 hours, once availability is approved by Wiggly World staff, will incur a $20 late accommodation fee. (Note: Any requests sent after closing hours of 7pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends will not be reviewed until opening hours the following business day).

• All pet owners must pack meals individually in sandwich bags. If pet owners fail to pack each meal individually (for example: Scooby AM, Scooby PM), a $8 meal prep fee will incur.

• For Deluxe Boarding, we kindly ask that personal belongings such as toys, beds, and blankets from home are not packed as we are not liable for any personal belongings being damaged or lost.

• For Standard Boarding, we will instruct pet parents on items allowed along with their pet’s personal crate for overnight stay.

• A new boarding cycle begins every day at 11am, which means you will be charged for a new day of boarding each day your pet remains in our care after 11am.

• Boarding is charged on a per-day basis regardless of your preferred check-in time.

• All pets are required to have a check-in and checkout time for all reservations. Reservations booked on the customer portal without check-in or checkout times will be declined.

• If you are running early or late to your reservation, please call us so we can best accommodate your new check-in/checkout time.

• Pets in our care can only be checked out of a service when they are physically handed off to a pet parent or persons authorized by the pet parent. We cannot check your pet out of boarding and into daycare service without your physical presence to do so.

If your dog is not picked up by close of business (7pm on weekdays / 5pm on weekends), you will be charged a $20 late pickup fee. If your dog is not picked up by 7:15 pm on weekdays / 5:15 pm on weekends, your dog will be boarded overnight and you will be charged your boarding fee for an extra night in addition to the $20 late pickup fee. If you are running late, please call to notify us.

• If you cancel a boarding reservation with 7 days or more notice, you will receive 50% of your total boarding cost back as Wiggly World credit to be used at a later date.

• If you cancel your boarding reservation with less than 7 days' notice, you will be charged 100% of your total boarding cost with no refund.

Payment is required at the time of booking a reservation request. Reservation requests that have not been paid for at the time of booking will be charged to the client’s card on file before they are confirmed.
